Ingredients
- 1 kg gaye ka gosht chiknai wala (beef pieces with fat)
- 2 bareek kati piyaz (onion finely chopped)
- 10 jave kata lehsan (garlic cloves chopped)
- 250 gm phenti hoi dahi (yogurt whipped)
- 4 choti ilaich (green cardamom)
- 1 tbsp bari ilaichi ke danay (cardamom seeds)
- 5 tezpaat (bay leaves)
- 4 long (cloves)
- 3 tukray darcheeni (cinnamon sticks)
- 2 tbsp laal mirch ka paste (red chili paste)
- 1 tsp pissa dhania (coriander powder)
- 1 tbsp pissi hoi sonf (fennel seeds powder)
- 1 tbsp pissi haldi (turmeric powder)
- 4 cups gaye ki yakhni (beef stock)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- 1 cup ghee
- Chirakne ke liye hara dhaniya bareek kata (coriander finely chopped to sprinkle)
Directions
Degchi main ghee garam karke daarcheeni, long, tezpat, bari ilaichi ke danay or choti ilaichi khushbu anay tak pakaen_
Isme lehsan or piyaz bhun kar gosht daalen or rang tabdeel honay tak bhun kar dahi, laal mirch paste, pissa dhania, pissi sonf, pissi haldi or namak daal kar achi tarah se bhune_
Isme yakhni daalen or gosht galnay tak pakaen_
