Ingredients
- 1/2 kg bakray ke pasanday (mutton undercut)
- 1 cup dahi (yogurt)
- 1 tbsp pissa kacha papeeta (raw papaya paste)
- 1 tbsp kutti kaali mirch (black pepper crushed)
- 2 tbsp pissi adrak (ginger paste)
- 8 hari mirchen lambai main bareek kati (green chili finely chopped lengthwise)
- 4 nimbu (lemons)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- 1/2 cup tail (oil)
- Sajane ke liye bareek kata hara dhania (green coriander finely chopped for garnishing)
Directions
Pasando ko kisi bhari cheez se halka sa kuchal len_
Un par papeeta laga kar ek ghantay ke liye rakh den_
Degchi main pasanday, dahi or namak daal kar pani khushk honay tak pakaen_
Frying pan main tail garam karke pasando ko bhune_
Phir dubara degchi main daal den_
Isme kaali mirch, adrak, hari mirch or nimbu daal kar dum par rakh den_
Mazedar pasanday hara dhania se saja kar serve karen_:)
