Ingredients
- 1/2 kg murghi ka gosht bghair haddi (chicken boneless)
- Hasb e zarurat samosay ki patiyan (samosa strips)
- 3 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 6 kati hari mirch (green chili chopped)
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- 4 tbsp kata hara dhania (coriander leaves chopped)
- 1/2 tsp kutti kaali mirch (black pepper crushed)
- 1 tsp pissa adrak lehsan (ginger garlic paste)
- 2 anday (eggs)
- 3 tbsp maida (flour)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- Talne ke liye tail (oil for frying)
Directions
Murghi ki botiyo ko patla kaat kar ek piyale main rakh den_
Isme chili sauce, tomato ketchup, hari mirchen, soya sauce, hara dhania, lehsan adrak, kaali mirch or namak mila kar adhay ghantay ke liye rakh den_
Ek piyale main anday or maida phent len_
Samosay ki patiyo ko bilkul bareek kat len_
Murghi ki botiyo ko maiday ke aamezay main daalen_
Isse samosay ki patiyo main lapet len_
Karhai main tail garam karen or murghi ki botiyo ko sunehri hone tak pakaen_
