Ingredients
- 150 gm tota ya risotta chawal (rice)
- Hasb e zaeqa mozzarella cheese cubed
- 250 gm murghi ki yakhni (chicken stock)
- 60 gm bareek kati palak (spinach finely chopped)
- 1 tsp pissa adrak lehsan (ginger garlic paste)
- 1/2 kati piyaz (onion chopped)
- 3 tbsp mozzarella cheese kadukash (grated)
- 60 ggm double roti ka chura (breadcrumbs)
- 50 gm chana hua maida (flour sieved)
- 1 phenta hua anda (egg beaten)
- 1 chutki saffron (1 pinch)
- 5 sabut kaali mirchen (black pepper corns)
- 3 long (cloves)
- 4 hari ilaichi (green cardamom)
- 1 tukra daarcheeni (cinnamon stick)
- 1 tsp sabut safed zeera (cumin seeds)
- 1/2 tsp pissi laal mirch (red chili powder)
- 2 kati hari mirchen (green chilies chopped)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- 1 tbsp tail (oil)
- Talne ke liye sabziyo ka tail (vegetable oil for frying)
Directions
Ek degchi main chawal, yakhni, saffron, kaali mirchen, long, daarcheeni, ilaichi or namak daal kar ubaalen_
