Ingredients
- 1/2 kg bakray ka gosht (mutton)
- 2 tamatar kate or ublay (boiled tomato chopped)
- 4 jave kata lehsan (garlic cloves chopped)
- 1 inch piece kata adrak (ginger chopped)
- 1/4 gathi kata hara dhania (coriander leaves chopped)
- 125 gm dahi phenti hoi (yogurt whipped)
- 1/2 tsp pissi jaifil javatri (nutmeg & maze powder)
- 1 tsp sabut garam masala (whole hot spice)
- 1 tsp pissa safed zeera (white cumin powder)
- 10 sookhi laal mirch (dried red chilies)
- 1/2 tsp pissi haldi (turmeric powder)
- 1 tbsp kutti laal mirch (red chili crushed)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- 1/2 cup ghee
Directions
Karhai main bghair kuch daale gosht ko pani khushk honay tak bhune_
Isme tamatar, dahi, lehsan adrak, garam masala, laal mirchen or ek cup pani shamil karke pakaen_
Gosht gal jaye to isme laal mirch, haldi, zeera, jaifil javatri or namak mila kar chand mins pakaen_
Phir tez anch par bhune or ghee daal kar halki anch karden_
Chand mins baad hara dhania or adrak shamil karke dish main nikaal len phir serve karen_:)
