Ingredients
- 1/2 kg bghair haddi murghi (chicken boneless)
- 1 tsp pissa lehsan (garlic paste)
- 1 tsp safed mirch (white pepper)
- 1 tsp namak (salt)
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 2 tbsp sirka (vinegar)
- 2 tbsp pissi darcheeni (cinnamon powder)
- 2 tbsp tail (oil)
- 3 tbsp chili sauce
- 3 tbsp dahi (yogurt)
- 1 pita bread
- Thori c piyaz (onion)
- Hasb e zarurat salad patay (lettuce as required)
Ingredients for tahini sauce
- 2 tbsp tahini sauce
- 1 cup dahi (yogurt)
- 1/2 tsp pissa lehsan (garlic paste)
- 1/2 tsp namak (salt)
- 1/4 tsp safed mirch (white pepper)
Directions
Boneless chicken ko strips main kaat len_
Phir chicken strips ko 1 tsp lehsan, safed mirch, namak, soya sauce, sirka, pissi darcheeni, chili sauce or dahi se ek ghantay ke liye marinate karden_
Ek frying pan main 2 tbsp tail garam karen_
Isme marinated chicken daal kar 10 mins pakaen ke gal jaye_
Tahini sauce ke liye blender main tahini, dahi, namak, safed mirch or lehsan daal kar achi tarah blend karlen_
Ab ek pita bread par fry ki hoi chicken daalen_
Sath hi tahini sauce, piyaz or salad patay daal kar fold karlen_
Phir serve karen_:)
