Chicken Boti With Fresh Herbs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg murghi ki botiya bghair haddi (chicken boneless)
  • 1 tbsp pissa adrak lehsan (ginger garlic paste)
  • 1/2 gathi hara dhania (coriander leaves 1/2 bunch)
  • 4 kati hari mirch (green chili chopped)
  • 3 sookhi lambi laal mirch (dried long red chilies)
  • 1/2 tsp pissi safed mirch (white pepper powder)
  • 1/2 tsp pissi kaali mirch (black pepper powder)
  • 250 gm dahi pani nikli (yogurt strained)
  • 1 tbsp pissa narial (desiccated coconut)
  • 2 tbsp nimbu ka rass (lemon juice)
  • 2 tbsp fresh cream
  • 1/4 gathi podina (mint leaves 1/4 bunch)
  • Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
  • 3 tbsp tail (oil)
  • Sajane ke liye salad patay, tamatar (tomato, lettuce for garnishing)

Directions

Hara dhania, hari mirch or podinay ko chopper main pees kar ek piyale main nikaal len_
Isme murghi, pissa adrak lehsan, sookhi lambi laal mirch, pissi safed mirch, pissi kaali mirch, dahi, pissa narial, nimbu ka rass, fresh cream or namak shamil karke ek ghantay ke liye rakh den_
Murghi ki botiyo ko lakri ki seekhon par lagaen_
Inhe frying pan ya grill pan par achi tarah senk kar utaar len_
Mazedar chicken boti salad patay or tamatar se saja kar serve karen_:)
