Pineapple Souffle Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 anday (eggs)
  • 84 gm bareek pissi cheeni (castor sugar)
  • Chand katray khane ka peela rang (yellow food color few drops)
  • Chand katray pineapple essence (few drops)
  • 1 tbsp gelatin powder
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup taza doodh (fresh milk)
  • 1 tbsp maida (flour)
  • 225 gm taza cream (fresh cream)
  • Sajane ke liye pineapple slices, cherries, fresh cream (for garnishing)

Directions

Ando ki safedi or zardi ko alaihda karlen_
Ek piyale main zardi, cheeni, maida or 1 tbsp doodh daal kar phent len_
Ek sauce pan main baki doodh or zardi ka aameza milaen or garha honay tak paka kar chuleh se utaar len_
Gelatin powder ko pineapple ke juice main ghol kar sauce pan main shamil karden_
Electric beater ki madad se safedi ko sakht honay tak phentay_
Isse zardi ke aamezay main shamil karen_
Isme rang or essence daal kar chamchay ki madad se milaen_
Cream ko garhi honay tak phentay or aamezay main shamil karke glasses main nikaal len_
Or fridge main rakh den_
Jab souffle jam jaye to isse cream, pineapple or cherries se saja kar serve karen_:)
