Ingredients
- 1/2 kg murghi ka qeema (chicken mince)
- 1 phenta hua anda (egg beaten)
- 1 kati piyaz (onion chopped)
- 5 jave kate lehsan (garlic cloves chopped)
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tbsp pissi safed mirch (white pepper powder)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- Talne ke liye tail (oil for frying)
- Chirakne ke liye tomato paste, hari piyaz kate hue (tomato paste, spring onion chopped for sprinkle)

Isme oregano or lehsan mila kar chuleh se utaar len or ek piyale main nikaal len_
Isme anda, cornflour, safed mirch or qeema milaen_
Is aamezay ke koftay banae_
Frying pan main tail garam karen or koftay tall kar serving dish main daalen_
Is par tomato ketchup daalen or hari piyaz chirak kar serve karen_:)
