Ingredients
- 1 murghi ka seena or raan khaal ke sath (chicken breast and thigh with skin 1 each)
- 1 piyaz bareek kati (onion finely chopped)
- 7 sookhi gol laal mirchen (round dried red chili)
- 3 tbsp nimbu ka rass (lemon juice)
- 1/2 tsp pissi haldi (turmeric powder)
- 1 cup pani (water)
- 1/2 tsp pissi sonth (dried ginger powder)
- 3 jave lehsan (garlic cloves)
- 1 darmiyani tukra adrak (medium ginger piece)
- 1/2 pissi kaali mirch (black pepper powder)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- 4 tbsp tail (oil)
- Sajane ke liye salad patay, tamatar (lettuce, tomato for garnishing)
Directions
Sauce pan main pani, piyaz, lehsan adrak, laal mirchen or haldi ubaalen_
Phir blender main pees len_
Pani ziyada hoto sauce pan main daal kar sukha len_
Is aamezay main sonth, kaali mirch, 1 tbsp nimbu ka rass or namak milaen_
Murghi ke dono hisso ko kisi bhari cheez se halka sa kuchlen or aameza is par laga ke ek ghantay ke liye rakh den_
Murghi ke tukro ko frying pan ya grill main pakaen_
Tail main baki nimbu ka rass milaen or pakane ke doran murghi ke tukro par brush ki madad se lagatay jaen_
Mazedar chicken salad patay or tamatar se saja kar serve karen_:)
