Ilaichi Wali Makhni Murghi (Butter Chicken With Cardamoms) Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 murghi ke seenay (chicken breasts)
  • 2 tbsp kata lehsan adrak (ginger garlic paste)
  • 4 hari mirchen bareek kati (green chili finely chopped)
  • 1 gathi hara dhania bareek kata (green coriander finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp nimbu ka rass (lemon juice)
  • 2 piyaz bareek kati (onion finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp pissi haldi (turmeric powder)
  • 1 tsp methi danay (fenugreek seeds)
  • 4 long (cloves)
  • 7 choti ilaichi (small cardamoms)
  • 1 inch piece darcheeni (cinnamon stick)
  • 2 cups boiled tomato paste
  • 1 cup phenti dahi (yogurt whipped)
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream
  • 1 tsp namak (salt)
  • 1/2 cup tail (oil)
  • Chirakne ke liye kata hara dhania (coriander leaves   chopped for garnishing)

Directions

Murghi ke seeno ke chotay tukray karlen_
Degchi main tail garam karen, isme murghi ke tukray shamil karen or dhakan dhank kar pani khushk honay tak pakaen phir nikaal len_
Isi degchi main piyaz halki sunehri karke ilaichiya, long, darcheeni, methi danay, lehsan adrak, haldi, tamatar or namak mila kar bhune or adha cup pani daal kar pakaen_
Hari mirch, hara dhania or nimbu ka rass mila kar pees len or isse degchi main shamil kare_
Phir dahi or murghi ki botiyan daal kar tez anch par bhune_
Pani khushk hojaye to cream mila kar dish main nikaalen or hara dhania se saja kar serve karen_:)
