Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 tsp gelatin
- 400 gm taza cream phenti hoi (fresh cream whipped)
- 200 gm blueberry jelly custard
- 1/4 tsp blueberry essence
- 2 anday ki safedi (egg whites)
Directions
Gelatin ko 1/2 cup pani main bhigo kar rakh den_
Sauce pan main gelatin ko 2 mins tak pakaen_
Ek piyale main electric beater ki madad se ando ki safedi ko sakht honay tak phentay_
Isme blueberry essence, blueberries, jelly, cream or gelatin mila kar phentay_
Isse piping bag main bharen or glasses main nikaal len_
Isse kum se kum 3 ghanto ke liye fridge main rakh kar serve karen_:)
