Ingredients
- 1/2 cup achar (pickle)
- 4 anday (eggs)
- 1/2 cup kati piyaz (onion chopped)
- 2 tbsp bareek kata hara dhania (coriander leaves finely chopped)
- 1 tsp kutti kaali mirch (black pepper crushed)
- 4 salad patay (lettuce)
- 4 tayar parathay
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- Talne ke liye tail +2 tbsp (oil for frying + 2 tbsp)
Directions
Frying pan main 2 tbsp tail garam karen or piyaz halki gulabi karke nikaal len_
Ando main achar, kaali mirch ot namak milaen_
Isme naram ki hoi piyaz or hara dhania milaen_
Frying pan main tail garam karen or is aamezay ke 4 omelette tall kar nikaal len_
Har parathay par ek omelette or ek salad pata rakh kar lapet len_
Paratho ko chiknay kagaz main lapet kar toothpick se band karlen_
