Ingredients
- 1/2 kg murghi ki botiyan (chicken pieces)
- 3 piyaz bareek kati (onion finely chopped)
- 1 cup dahi phenti hoi (yogurt beaten)
- 1 tbsp pissa adrak lehsan (ginger garlic paste)
- 1 tsp pissa dhania (coriander powder)
- 1 tsp pissa safed zeera (white cumin powder)
- 1 tbsp kutti kaali mirch (black pepper crushed)
- 1/4 cup nimbu ka rass (lemon juice)
- 1/4 cup pissi hari mirch (green chili paste)
- 1/4 cup adrak bareek kati (ginger finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp fresh cream
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek)
- 1/4 cup kata hara dhania (coriander leaves chopped)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- 1 cup + 2 tbsp tail (oil)
- Baghar ke liye sabut hari mirchen (green chili for baghar)
Directions
Karhai main 1/2 cup tail garam karke botiyon ko rang tabdeeel honay tak bhune_
Phir thora sa pani, piyaz or lehsan adrak daalen or dhakan dhaank kar pakaen_
Isme dhania, zeera, kaali mirch, nimbu ka rass, pissi hoi hari mirchen, baki tail or namak daal kar thori der pakaen_
Isme dahi or brown sugar daal kar bhune_
Phir cream daal kar mazeed thori der pakaen_
Isme methi or hara dhania daal kar dish main nikaaal len_
Is par adrak daalen_
