Ingredients
- 1/2 kg aalu chota chakor kata (potatoes diced)
- 1/2 kg palak bareek kata (spinach finely chopped)
- 2 tamatar bareek kate (tomatoes finely chopped)
- 250 gm matar (peas)
- 250 gm phool gobhi ke phool (cauliflower chopped flowers)
- 2 gajar choti kati hoi (carrot small chopped)
- 250 gm dahi (yogurt)
- 10 sookhi gol laal mirchen (round dried red chilies)
- 1/2 gathi hara dhania (coriander leaves 1/2 bunch)
- 1 tsp sabut safed zeera (white cumin seeds)
- 1 tsp pissi haldi (turmeric powder)
- 2 tsp rayi dana (mustard seeds)
- 4 tbsp nimbu ka rass (lemon juice)
- 2 tbsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek)
- 1 tsp namak (salt)
- 1/2 cup tail (oil)
- Sajane ke liye bari hari mirch sabut (big green chili for garnishing)
Directions
Laal mircho ko raat bhar ke liye bhigoen_
In main zeera, haldi, namak or dahi daal kar pees len_
Degchi main tail garam karen_
Isme gajar, aalu, matar or phool gobhi chand mins tall kar nikaal len_
Isi degchi main rayi bhun kar dahi ka aameza daalen or achi tarah se bhune_
Isme talli hoi sabziyan, palak or tamatar daal kar halki anch par 10 mins pakaen_
Isme hara dhani, laal mirch, kasuri methi shamil karen_
Phir hari mirchon se saja kar serve karen_:)
