- 250 gm malka masoor daal ubli hoi (red lentils boiled)
- 1 shimla mirch bareek kati (capsicum finely chopped
- 1 tamatar mota kata hua (tomato thickly chopped)
- 1 piyaz moti kati hoi (onion thickly chopped)
- 6 hari mirchen lambai main cheera lagaen (green chili slit vertically)
- 1/2 cup phenti dahi (yogurt beaten)
- 1 cup tamatar pisse hue (tomato paste)
- 2 tbsp nimbu ka rass (lemon juice)
- 1 tsp mustard paste
- 1 tsp pissi haldi (turmeric powder)
- 1/2 gathi hara dhania (coriander leaves 1/2 bunch)
- 1 tbsp pissa adrak lehsan (ginger garlic paste)
- 1 tsp pissi laal mirch (red chili powder)
- 1 tsp namak (salt)
- 1/2 cup tail (oil)

Degchi main tail garam karke lehsan adrak bhune_
Isme tamatar, laal mirch, haldi or namak mila kar bhunne ke baad daal shamil karden_
Ek piyale main shimla mirch, piyaz, hari mirch, tomato paste, dahi, nimbu ka rass, mustard paste or hara dhania milaen or isse daal ke upar phela den_
Is par hara dhania daalen or dum par rakh den_
