Genova Sponge Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 anday (eggs)
  • 1/2 cuo castor sugar
  • 2/3 cups chana hua maida (flour sieved)
  • 60 gm pighla makhan (melted butter)
  • 300 gm fresh cream
  • 2 tbsp + to sprinkle bareek pissi cheeni (refined sugar)
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam hot 
  • 1 cup strawberry bareek kari (finely chopped)

Directions

Ek sauce pan main anday or castor sugar milaen_
Degchi main paani ubaalen_
Is par sauce pan rakhen or electric beater ki madad se aameza garha hojane tak phent kar utaar len_
Aameza thanda hojaye maida or makhan milaen_
Cake ka sancha chikna karke aameza isme daalen or pehle se garam oven main 180°c par 20 mins paka kar nikaal len_
Thanda hojaye to isse darmiyan se golai main kaat len_
Ek piyale main cream or bareek pissi cheeni milaen_
Jam main strawberries milaen_
Cake ke nichle hisse par jam ki teh lagaen_
Phir cream ki teh laga kar dosra hissa rakhen or bareek pissi hoi cheeni chirak kar serve karen_:)
