Easy Tarkay Wali Moong Daal Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp tail (oil)
  • 1 piyaz (onion)
  • 1 tbsp lehsan (garlic)
  • 1 tsp zeera (cumin seeds)
  • 4-5 karri pata (curry leaves)
  • 1 kata tamatar (tomato chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp haldi (turmeric)
  • 1 tsp namak (salt)
  • Garam masala 
  • 1 cup moong daal 30 mins bhigoi hoi (yellow lentil soaked for 30 mins)
  • 3-4 hari mirch (green chili)
  • 1 tbsp dhania (coriander leaves)
  • 4 cups pani (water)
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 3-4 sabut laal mirch (button red chili)
  • 4-5 jave lehsan slices (garlic cloves slices)
  • 1 tsp zeera (cumin)
  • 1/2 tsp laal mirch (red chili powder)

Directions

Ek degchi main oil garam karlen or piyaz shamil karke fry karen_
Lehsan, karri pata, zeera shamil karke fry karen jab tak piyaz brown hojaen_
Ab tamatar, haldi, garam masala or namak shamil karke pakaen jab tak tamatar naram hojaen_
Ab daal shamil karke 3-4 mins bhun len_
Hari mirch, dhania or pani shamil karke pakaen_
Ab dhak kar tab tak pakne den jab tak daal gal jaye or hasb e zarurat shorba reh jaye_
Bech main chamcha hilatay rehna hai_
Ab daal ek piyale main nikaal len_

Tarka tayar karne ke liye frying pan main ghee/oil garam karen_
Sabut laal mirch, zeera or lehsan shamil karke fry karen or laal mirch shamil karen_
Ab garam garam tarka daal ke upar phela den_
