- 100 gm makhan (butter unsalted room temperature)
- 1 cup cheeni (sugar powdered)
- 3 anday (eggs)
- 1 cup maida (all-purpose flour)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/4 tsp yellow food color (optional)

Bowl main makhan or cheeni mila kar fluffy honay tak achi tarah whisk karlen_
Ek, ek anda milaen or whisk karte rahen_
Channi rakh den, maida or baking powder daal kar chaan len or achi tarah whisk karlen_
Vanilla essence or food color daal kar achi tarah whisk karen_
Baking tray (7 × 7" inch) par butter paper rakh den or sides par makhan laga len_
Tayar batter ko prepared pan main daal kar 2-3 dafa tap karlen_
Pehle se garam oven main 180°c par 30 mins bake karlen_
Baking ke baad 20 mins ke lye thanda karen phir slices main kaat len_
Baking tray par butter laga kar slices ko rakh den_
Dubara 180°c par 20 mins ke liye bake karen or tray ko bahar nikaal kar slices ko dosri side se bake karne ke liye palat den_
Tray ko oven main rakhen or dubara 180°c par bake karlen_
Cake rusk ko mukammal thanda karlen_
