- 3 anday (eggs)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- 1/2 tsp kaali mirch (black pepper)
- 2 hari mirch (green chili)
- 1 tbsp hara dhania (green coriander)
- 1/4 tsp tail (oil)
- 3 cheese slices
- 2 tbsp katti piyaz (onion chopped)
- 2 tbsp kate tamatar (tomato chopped)
- 3 kate mushroom (mushroom chopped)
Directions
Ek piyale main anday phent kar namak, kaali mirch, hara dhania or hari mirch milaen_
Phir ek pan main tail garam karke anday ka mixture fry karlen_
Phir cheese slices, tamatar, piyaz or mushroom daal kar halki anch par pakaen_
Ab omelette ko palat kar dosri taraf se pakaen or fold karke serve karen_:)
