- 6-7 anday (eggs)
- 1/2 tsp namak (salt)
- 1/2 cup doodh (milk)
- 1/4 tsp haldi (turmeric)
- 2 tbsp tail (oil)
- 1 piyaz (onion)
- 1 bareek kati hari mirch (green chili finely chopped)
- 2 tamatar (tomatoes)
- 1/4 tsp haldi (turmeric)
- 1 tsp namak (salt)
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek)
- 1 gathi hara dhania (green coriander 1 bunch)
- 1/2 cup tail (oil)
Directions
Ek piyale main anday, doodh, namak or haldi daal kar mix karen_
Phir 1 pan main 2 tbsp tail daal kar anday ke mixture ko daal den or chamcha chalatay rahen_
Phir dosre pan main 1/2 cup tail daal kar piyaz fry karlen_
Phir isme hari mirch daal kar pakaen_
Phir tamatar, haldi, namak, garam masala, 1/2 tsp chaat masala or 1/2 tsp kasuri methi daal kar bhun len_
Phir isme baki kasuri methi, chaat masala or 1/2 gathi hara dhania daal kar pakaen_
Jab masala bhun jaye to isme ando ko daal kar pakaen_
Phir isko dishout karke hara dhania daal kar serve karen_:)
