Ingredients
- 2 anday (eggs)
- 1 piyaz bareek kati (onion finely chopped)
- 3 hari mirch bareek kati (green chili chopped)
- 2 tbsp hara dhania (green coriander)
- 1/2 tsp pissa zeera (cumin powder)
- 1/2 tsp laal mirch (red chili)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- Hasb e zarurat tail (oil as required)
Directions
Ek piyale main anday, piyaz, hari mirch, hara dhania, pissa zeera, laal mirch or namak mix karlen_
Paratha bana kar tawe par daalen phir palat ke uske upar walay hisse par anday wala adha mixture daal den or thora sa ghee daal kar isse palat den_
Or dosri side par bhi ghee laga kar paratha tall len_
Isi tarah dosra paratha bana len_
Garam garam paratha serve karen_:)
