Ingredients
- 2 anday (eggs)
- 1 piyaz (onion)
- 1 tamatar (tomato)
- 4 hari mirch (green chili)
- Hasb e zarurat hara dhania (green coriander as required)
- 4 tbsp tail (oil)
- 1 tbsp laal mirch (red chili crushed)
- 1/2 tsp haldi (turmeric)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
Directions
Pehle piyaz ke slice karlen_
Sath hi tamatar, hari mirch or hara dhania ko chota chota kaat len_
Ab ek piyale main ando ko phent len_
Phir ek pan main tail garam karke isme katti sabziya daal kar naram karen_
Ab isme phentay hue anday, kutti laal mirch, haldi or namak shamil karke achi tarah mix karen_
