Ingredients
- 4 anday ublay (egg boiled)
- 1 inch ka tukra darcheeni (1 inch piece cinnamon)
- 4 sabut laal mirch (red chili)
- 1 inch ka tukra adrak (1 inch piece ginger)
- 10 jave lehsan (garlic cloves)
- 1/2 tsp zeera (cumin)
- 3/4 cup sirka (vinegar)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- 2 tbsp tail (oil)
- 2 piyaz bareek kati (onion finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp cheeni (sugar)
- 1 tsp garam masala (whole spice powder)
Directions
Grinder main sabut laal mirch, adrak, lehsan, zeera, adha sirka or namak daal kar pees len or ek taraf rakh den_
Ab ek pan main tail garam karke piyaz ko golden brown karlen_
Phir isme pissa garam masala or darcheeni shamil karen_
Aab cheeni, bacha hua sirka or garam masala mix karke ublay anday shamil karke itna pakaen ke gravy garhi hojaye_
