- 1 chutki haldi (turmeric 1 pinch)
- 1 tbsp kata hara dhania (coriander leaves chopped)
- 4 tbsp tail (oil)
- 1 tsp laal mirch (red chili)
Ingredients for gravy
- 9 kate piyaz (onion chopped)
- 1/2 cup tail (oil)
- 1 tbsp adrak lehsan (ginger garlic paste)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- 1 tsp pissi laal mirch (red chili powder)
- 1/4 tsp haldi (turmeric)
- 1 tsp dhania (coriander)
- 2 kate tamatar (tomatoes chopped)
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Sajane ke liye dhania or hari mirch (green chili or coriander for garnishing)
Directions
Ek piyale main anday, namak, haldi, hara dhania or laal mirch daal kar phent len_
Ek pan main oil daal ke omelette bana len_
Dono taraf se ban jaye to pan se nikaal len_
Ab iska roll bana kar slices main kaat len_
Pan main tail garam karke piyaz brown karlen_
Isme tamatar, adrak lehsan paste,namak, laal mirch, haldi, dhania or garam masala daal kar achi tarah bhun len_
Ab thora sa pani shamil karen_
Jab ye thora sa pak jaye to omelette slices bhi daal den_
Serving dish main nikaalen or hara dhania or hari mirch se saja kar garam masala chirak kar serve karen_:)
