- 1 aalu gol slices main kat len (potato cut in round)
- 3 anday (eggs)
- 1/2 kati piyaz (onion chopped)
- Hari piyaz bareek kati (spring onion finely chopped)
- 1/2 tamatar bareek kata (tomato finely chopped)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- 1 tbsp laal mirch (red chili)
- 2 tbsp tail (oil)

Aalu slices ko frying pan main dono taraf se fry karen_
Ek bowl main piyaz, tamatar, hari mirch, hari piyaz or anday daal kar achi tarah phent len_
Namak or mirch shamil karke achi tarah mix karen_
Ab fried aalu pe mixture undail den or halki anch par 5 mins pakne den_
Dosri taraf palat kar achi tarah pakne den_
Cheese shamil karen or dhak den_
Mazedar potato omelette with cheese tayar hai_
