Ingredients
- 2 cups besan (gram flour)
- 1 cup atta (flour)
- 2 tbsp podina (mint leaves)
- 1 darmiyani kutti piyaz (onion medium crushed)
- 3 tbsp tail (oil)
- 2 kati hari mirch (green chili chopped)
- 1 tbsp dhania (coriander crushed)
- 1 tbsp laal mirch (red chili crushed)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- 1 tbsp zeera (cumin)
- 1 tbsp pissa adrak lehsan (ginger garlic paste)
- 1/2 cup pani (water)
- Ghee for frying
Ingredients for lehsan ki chatney (garlic chatney)
- 1 cup lehsan (garlic)
- 12-15 sabut laal mirch (red chili)
- 1-1/2 tbsp zeera (cumin)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- 1 tbsp tail (oil)
- 1/2 cup pani (water)
Directions
Bowl main besan, aata, podina, piyaz, tail, hari mirch, dhania crushed, laal mirch, namak, zeera, pissa adrak lehsan daal kar mix karlen_
Pani shamil karen or achi tarah goondh len_
Hath geela karke ghontay jaen_
Dhak kar 15 mins ke liye rakh den_
Ab dough ke darmiyani size ke balls bana len_
Ball ko hath ki madad se phela len or thora atta chirak den_
Ab rolling pin ki madad se roti bell len_
Tawe par ghee garam karen or roti daal den_
Ek side ko halka sa fry karen_
Ghee laga kar roti palat len_
Tayar hone pe tawe se utaar len_
Chatney banane ke liye grinder main lehsan, sabut laal mirch, zeera, namak, tail or pani daal kar achi tarah grind karlen_ chatney tayar hai_
Besan ki roti ko chatney ke sath serve karen_
Note: agar kacha lehsan na pasand hoto oil ke ilawa sab cheezen grind karlen_
Phir saucepan main oil garam karen or grinded ingredients daal kar paka len_:)
