- 4 tbsp ghee
- Ghee for frying

Ek piyale main maida, atta, namak or ghee daal kar neem garam pani se goondh len_
Iske chotay peray bana len_
Peray ko bell len_
Is par ghee lagaen or phir isko roll karlen_
Is roll ko ghuma kar dubara pera bana len_
Phir peray ko belen or garam tawe pe ghee ke sath fry karen_
