- 3 cups maida
- 1 tsp namak (salt)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup tail (oil)
- 1 cup garam pani (warm water)
Directions
Piyale main maida, namak, baking, tail or garam pani daal kar achi tarah goondh len_
Iske baad tayar dough se 2-3 inch ke chotay chotay peray banae_
Phir hath ya belne ki madad se bell kar garam tawe par dono taraf se halka halka senk len_
