- 1/2 kg maida
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- 6 tbsp ghee
- Hasb e zarurat pani (water as required)
- Oil for frying

Maiday main namak, ghee or pani daal kar achi tarah goondh len or thori der ke liye rakh den_
Phir bara pera katen or tail laga kar phelatay jaen_
Phir bari karhai main tail garam karke fry karlen_
