Ingredients
- 1 litre doodh (milk)
- 10-12 strands zafran (saffron optional)
- 1/2 tsp pissi ilaichi (cardamom powder)
- 200 ml condensed milk
- 2-3 tbsp badam (almonds crushed)
- 2-3 tbsp pista (pistachio crushed)
- 100 gm khoya
Directions
Pan main doodh daal kar paka len yhan tak ke doodh adha reh jaye (20-30 mins ke liye halki anch par) or musalsal chamcha chalatay rahen_
Jab doodh garha or kum hojaye to zaffran, pissi ilaichi, condensed milk daal kar achi tarah mix karen_
Badam pistay or khoya daal kar achi tarah mix karen_
Mixture ko thanda karlen phir ek ghantya ke lye refrigerate kaelen_
Mixture ko jar main daal kar popscile molds main pour karden or 4-5 ghanto ke liye freezer karlen_
Pista badam kulfi tayar hai ab isse serve karen_:)
