Ingredients
- 1/2 kg shaljam (turnip)
- 1-1/2 tsp pissi laal mirch (red chili powder)
- 1/2 tsp pissi haldi (turmeric powder)
- 1 tsp sabut dhania (coriander seeds)
- 2 tsp pissa garam masala (whole spice powder)
- 2 tsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek)
- 1 kati piyaz (onion chopped)
- 2 kate tamatar (tomato chopped)
- 2 tsp kata lehsan (garlic chopped)
- 4 hari mirch bareek kati (green chili finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup hara dhania (coriander leaves)
- 1 tsp namak (salt)
- 1/4 cup tail (oil)
Directions
Degchi main tail garam karke piyaz, tamatar or lehsan bhun len_
Isme shaljam, laal mirch, haldi, dhania, garam masala, kasuri methi or namak mila kar pakaen_
Shaljam gal jayen to hari mirchen or hara dhania daal kar dish main nikaal len_
