Ingredients
- 1/2 kg gaye ke gosht ke pasanday (beef undercut steak)
- 100 gm dahi phenti hoi (yogurt whipped)
- 3 tbsp pissa kacha papeeta (raw mango paste)
- 1 piyaz talli or pissi hoi (fried onion paste)
- 2 tbsp pissa adrak lehsan (ginger garlic paste)
- 1 tsp bhuna kuta safed zeera (white cumin roasted & crushed
- 1 tbsp kutti laal mirch (red chili crushed)
- 1 tsp pissa garam masala (whole spice powder)
- 1/2 tsp pissi haldi (turmeric powder)
- 4 tbsp chanay bhune or pisse hue (chickpeas roasted & ground)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- 4 tbsp sarso ka tail (mustard oil)
- Sajane ke liye nimbu, salad patay, piyaz (lemon, lettuce, onion for garnishing)
Directions
Ek piyale main gosht, dahi, pissa kacha papeeta, piyaz, adrak lehsan, safed zeera, laal mirch, garam masala, haldi, chanay or namak daal kar achi tarah milaen or 2 ghantay ke liye rakh den_
Isse karhai main daalen or darmiyani anch par gosht galnay tak pakaen_
Ek piyali darmiyan main rakh kar ispar jalta hua koela rakhen_
