Besan Kay Dahi Baray Recipe

Ingredients

  • 750 gm dahi (yogurt)
  • 1/2 bhuna kutta zeera (cumin seeds roasted & crushed)
  • 2 tbsp hara dhania (coriander leaves)
  • 1/2 tsp namak (salt)
  • 1/2 tsp lehsan (garlic paste)
  • 2 tbsp hari mirch (green chili crushed)
  • 1/2 cup doodh (milk)
  • 1 besan (gram flour)
  • 1/2 cup pani (water)
  • 1/4 haldi (turmeric)
  • 1/2 laal mirch (red chili powder)
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp zeera (cumin seeds roasted & crushed)
  • 1/2 tsp namak (salt)
  • 1/2 tsp lehsan (garlic paste)
  • Pani (water if required)
  • 1 tsp namak (salt)

Ingredients for tarka

  • 2 tbsp tail (oil)
  • 2 hari mirch (green chili)
  • 1/2 tsp zeera (cumin seeds)
  • 5-6 karri pata (curry leaves)
  • 1 tsp laal mirch (red chili crushed)

Directions

Dahi main zeera, hara dhania, namak, hari mirch or lehsan daal kar achi tarah mix karlen or side par rakh den_

Bowl main besan or pani mila kar mix karen or 30 mins ke liye rakh den_

Besan ke batter main haldi, laal mirch, baking powder, zeera, namak, lehsan or pani daal kar achi tarah mix karen or smooth batter tayar karlen_
Karhai main oil garam karen or baray (dumplings) ko golden brown fry karlen_

Neem garam pani main namak daal kar achi tarah mix karlen_
Pani main fried baray daal den or 10 mins ke liye bhigo den, baray ko squeeze karke excess pani nikaal len_

Serving dish main fried baray (dumplings) rakh den or spiced dahi daa den_

Tarka banane ke liye frying pan main oil, hari mirch, zeera or curry pata daal kar achi tarah mix karen_
Laal mirch crushed daal kar mix karen_

Ab tarkay ko dahi paray pe daal den or serve karen_:)
