Ingredients
- 250 gm lassa khoya
- 1 chutki baking soda (1 pinch)
- 1 chutki namak (salt 1 pinch)
- 1/3 cup maida (all-purpose flour)
- 1/2 anda (egg)
Ingredients for syrup
- 2 cups pani (water)
- 1-1/2 cups cheeni (sugar)
- 1 tsp kewra water
- 1/2 tsp ilaichi (cardamom powder)
- 1 tsp nimbu ka rass (lemon juice)
Directions
Ek pan main pani len or cheeni shamil karke pakaen_jab tak ke garha sheera ban jaye_
Ab chuleh se utar kar kewra water, pissi ilaichi or nimbu ka rass daal kar achi tarah mix karen_
Ek bowl main lassa khoya lekar hathon se achi tarah choora choora karlen_
Maida, baking soda, namak or anda shamil karke mix karen 6-8 mins tak goondhe take acha sa paira ban jaye_
Ab is mese ek hi size ki choti choti goliya bana len_
Dhiyan rahe ke goliya smooth ho or cracks na ho_
Ab ghee garam karen or ek ek karke goliya daalen or dheeni anch par fry karen, anch tez na ho warna gulab jamun jal jaenge ya andar se kache reh jaenge_
Jese hi gulab jamun golden hojaen to garam sheeray main shamil karte jaen_
Sheera garam hona chaiye_
Ek ghantay ke liye sheeray main rehne den_
Phir garnish karke serve karen_:)
