Ingredients
- 3 cups makai ka atta (maize flour/cornmeal)
- 1 tsp namak (salt)
- Hasb e zarurat garam pani (lukewarm water)
- 2 thick plastic sheets
- Desi Ghee
Directions
Bowl main makai ka atta, namak or garam pani daal kar mix karen or goondh kar dough tayar karlen_
Dough ko 4 small balls main divide karlen_
Do plastic zip locks bags len or bech main ek dough ball karke press karen_
Ab dough ball ko hathon se daba kar flat karlen or round shaped roti tayar karlen_
Tawa garam karen or makai ki roti ko desi ghee main dono taraf se paka len_
Makai ki roti tayar hai ab isse serve karen_:)
