Ingredients
- 1/2 cup garam doodh (hot milk)
- 1 cup cheeni (sugar)
- 5-6 tbsp ghee
- 2 cups maida (all-purpose flour)
- 3 tbsp till (sesame seeds)
- 4 tbsp khopra (desiccated coconut)
- 3/4 cups suji (semolina)
- 1 tsp ilaichi powder (cardamom powder)
- Oil for frying
Directions
Jug main doodh, cheeni or ghee daal kar cheeni ghul janay tak achi tarah mix karlen_
Bowl main maida, till ka tail, khopra, suji or ilaichi powder daal kar achi tarah mix karlen_
Thora thora karke milk nixture daltay jaen or goondh kar dough tayar karlen_
Dhak kar ek ghantay ke liye rakh den_
Hathon ko oil se grease karlen or dough ko do hisso main takseem karlen_
Dough ko rollin pin se roll karlen or cutter ki madad se cut karlen_
Karhai main tail garam karen or halki darmiyani anch par golden honay tak fry karlen_
