Ingredients
- Boiling water
- 400 gm gajar (carrots)
- 250 gm phool gobhi (cauliflower florets)
- 7-8 hari mirch (green chili)
- 1 cup hara lehsan (green garlic)
- 1/2 tbsp namak (salt)
- 1 tsp haldi (turmeric)
- 1 tbsp laal mirch (red chili)
- 2-3 tbsp rayi dana (mustard seeds crushed)
- 1 cup sirka (vinegar)
- 2-3 cups pani (water boiled and brought to room temperature)
Directions
Ubaltay pani main gajar ko 3 mins or phool gobhi ko 1-2 mins ke liye blanch karlen_
Ab chaan kar tamam sabziyo ko khushk karlen_
Jar main gajar, phool gobhi, namak, hari mirch, haldi, rai dana, laal mirch or sirka daal kar achi tarah mix karen_
Lid laga kar 24 ghantay ke liye rakh den (tarjeehan suraj ki roshni main)_
Bowl pani shamil karen or dhak kar 3 din ke liye chor den_
Mix vegetable achar istemal karne ke liye tayar hai ab isse serve karen_:)
