Ingredients
- 1 cup pani (water)
- 2 cups cheeni (sugar)
- 2-3 hari ilaichi (green cardamom)
- 2 tsp nimbu ka rass (lemon juice)
Ingredients for jalebi
- 2-3 tbsp neem garam pani (lukewarm water)
- 1 tsp cheeni (sugar)
- 1/2 tsp instant yeast
- 1 cup maida (flour)
- 1 tsp orange food color
- 1 tbsp ghee melted
- 1 tbsp besan (gram flour)
- Pani hasb e zarurat (water as required)
- Desi ghee for frying
Directions
Sheera banane ke liye pan main pani, cheeni or ilaichi shamil karen, sheera garha honay tak paka len_
Akhir main nimbu ka rass daal kar mix karen or side pe rakh den_
Jalebi banane ke liye neem garam pani main instant yeast daal kar mix karen or 15 mins ke liye rakh den_
Bowl main maida, orange food color, melted ghee, besan, pani or yeast mixture daal den or desired consistency ka batter tayar karen or 10 mins ke liye chor den or foran istemal karlen 10,15 mins_
Ab is batter ko sneezing bottle main daal den_
Frying pan main desi ghee garam karen or squeeze bottle ki madad se jalebi bana len_
Jab ek side se jalebi tayar hojaye to turn karke dosri side se fry karen_
Frying ke baad jalebi ko foran sheeray main daal den, sheera halka garam hona chaiye_
Sheeray main jalebi ko turn karlen take dono sides se coat hojaye_
2-3 mins ke liye sheeray main chor den_
Tong ki madad se jalebi ko sheeray se nikaal len or halka sa shake karen take ezzafe sheera nikal jae_
Jalebi tayar hai ab isse serve karen_:)
