Bowl main channi rakh kar maida or namak chaan len_
Cocoa powder bhi chaan len or tamam ajza mix karke side par rakh den_
Alag bowl main pighla makhan or cheeni daal kar whisk se achi tarah mix karlen_
Vanilla essence daal kar mix karen_
Ab anday ek, ek karke shamil karen or mix karte jaen_
Dry flour + cocoa mixture thora thora karke daltay jaen or mix karlen_
Baking pan ko makhan se grease karlen or batter daal den_
Ab pehle se garam oven main 190c par 30-35 mins bake karlen_
Brownie main tooth pick daal kar check karen or tooth pick saaf nikle to brownie tayar hai_
Agar saaf nahi nikale to 5 mins or bake karen or check karen_
Brownie ko chakor ya kisi bhi shape main kaat kar serve karen_
Ice cream scoop ya powdered sugar chirak kar serve karsaktay hen_:)
