Ingredients
- 6 anday ki safedi (egg whites)
- 1-1/2 cup bareek cheeni (caster sugar)
- 400 gm makhan (butter)
- 1-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Hasb e zarurat khanay ka rang (food color as required)
- 1 plain pound cake
- Whipped cream as required
Directions
Halki anch par double boiler rakhen_
Anday ki safedi or bareek cheeni shamil karen or achi tarah whisk karte jaen 4-5 mins, yhan tak ke cheeni ka koi dana baki na rahe_
Bowl ko double boiler se hata len or electric mixer main 7-8 mins ke liye high speed par mix karlen_
Mixing ke doran makhan ke chotay pieces shamil kartay jaen or halki speed pe mix karlen_
Vanilla extract mix karlen yhan tak texture smooth hojae_
Food color daal kar achi tarah mix karen_
Plain sponge cake ko cake cutter ki madad se bech mese kaat len_
Whipped cream daal kar phela den or uske upar dosra piece rakh den_
Swiss meringue butter cream cake pe daal kar ek knife ki madad se laga den_
Cake ko whipped cream se garnish karke serve karen_:)
