- 1 tsp peprika powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 bread slices
- Mozzarella cheese slices as required
- 2 phentay hue anday (egg beaten)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
Ingredients for cheese sauce
- 1 tbsp makhan (butter)
- 1 tbsp maida (all-purpose flour)
- 1 cup doodh (milk)
- 2 tbsp cheddar cheese
- 1 chutki namak (salt 1 pinch)
- Red chili flakes to sprinkle
Directions
Chopper main chicken cubes, chanay, adrak lehsan paste, kaali mirch powder, namak, laal mirch powder, peprika powder, soy sauce or bread slices daal kar achi tarah chop karlen_
Hathon ko oil se grease karen, mixture ko lekar ball bana len or mixture ko flat karlen_
Mozzarella cheese slices ko doughnut ki shape main rakh den, halka sa press karen, hathon ko oil se grease karen or cheese ko poori tarah qeemay ke mixture se cover karlen_
Anday main dip karen phir breadcrumbs main coat karen_
Frying pan main oil garam karen or halki anch par fry karen_
For cheese sauce:
Sauce pan main makhan daal kar melt karen, maida daal kar achi tarah mix karen_
Thora thora karke doodh shamil karen or mix karlen_
Cheddar cheese daal kar sauce garha honay tak paka len_
Namak daal kar achi tarah mix karlen_
Cheese sauce tayar hai_
