Ingredients
- 2 tbsp dahi (yogurt)
- 1 tbsp badam (almonds grinded)
- 1 tsp kaali mirch (black pepper crushed)
- 1 tsp safed mirch powder (white pepper powder)
- 1 tsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
- 1 tbsp kacha papeeta paste (raw papaya paste)
- 1 tsp adrak lehsan paste (ginger garlic paste)
- 2 tbsp hari mirch (green chili)
- 2 tbsp nimbu ka rass (lemon juice)
- 1 tsp salt (namak)
- 1/2 cup olper's cream
- 500 gm chicken cubes
- Oil as required
- Koyla (piece or coal)
- Oil few drops
Ingredients for chatkhara cheesy sauce
- 1/2 cup olper's cream
- 2 tbsp cheddar cheese grated
- 1 tsp chaat masala
Directions
Bowl main dahi, badaam, kaali mirch, safed mirch, kasuri methi, kacha papeeta, adrak lehsan, hari mirch, lemon juice, namak or olper's cream daal kar achi tarah mix karen_
Chicken cubes shamil karke mix karen or 3-4 ghantay ke liye marinate karlen_
Marinated cubes ko skewers ya bamboo skewers par laga len_
Frying pan main oil daal kar chicken cubes ko halki anch par chicken gal janay tak paka len or 3-4 mins koelay ka dhua de den or pehle se garam oven main 200c par 15-20 minutes ke liye bake karlen_
Chatkhara cheesy sauce ke liye bowl main olper's cream, cheddae cheese or chaat masala daal kar mix karen or 30 seconds ke liye microwave karlen, smooth honay tak achi tarah mix karlen, chatkhara cheesy sauce tayar hai_
Chatkhata malai boti par sauce drizzle karke serve karen_:)
