Directions
Tahini paste tayar karne ke liye till ko pan main halki anch par toast karlen 3-4 mins jab tak un mese khushbu anay lagy or color halka sa brown hojae_
bht zada toast nahi karna hai_
Toast kiye hue till blender main daalen or zaitoon ka tail daal kar tab tak blend karen jab tak creamy paste na ban jaye_
1/2 ya usse thori zada tahini paste tayar hai_
Ab tahini paste ko 1 mahinay tak air tigh container main fridge main rakh saktay hain_
Hummus banane ke liye tayar tahini paste main ublay chanay, zaitoon ka tail, lehsan ke kate jave, lemon juice, namak or pani daal kar blend karlen_
Blend karne ke doraan sides ko rubber spatula se scrap kartay rahen or blend karen jab tak ke har cheez sahi se mix ho or creamy paste ban jae_
Pani apni marzi ke hisab se shamil karen_
Ab tayar hummus ko bowl main nikaalen or chamchay ki madad se bech main jaga banaen or thora sa zaitoon ka tail or peprika chirak den_
