Ingredients
- 250 gm chicken qeema (chicken mince)
- 1 bareek kati piyaz (onion finely chopped)
- 5-6 aalu baray size (potatoes large)
- 1 tbsp adrak paste (ginger paste)
- 1 tbsp lehsan paste (garlic paste)
- 1 tbsp pissi hari mirch (green chili paste)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- 1 tsp laal mirch (red chili)
- Hasb e zarurat kata dhania or podina (coriander & mint chopped as required)
- Mozzarella cheese as required
- Hari piyaz (green onion as requried)
- 1 bareek kata tamatar (tomato finely chopped)
- Olives pieces
- 2 tbsp makhan (butter)
- Hasb e zaeqa kaali mirch (black pepper as required)
Directions
Oil garam karen or piyaz shamil karke brown karlen_
Adrak lehsan paste, pissi hari mirch or qeema daal kar bhun len_
Phir laal mirch shamil karen or achi tarah se bhun len_
Akhir main dhania or podina shamil karen or 1 2 mins tak bhune, qeemay tayar hai_
Aalu ko 10-15 mins boil karen_
Khayal rahe ke aalu poora boil nahi karna hai_
Aalu nikaal len or chamchay ki madad se bech mese uska gooda nikaal len_
Phir aalu ke andar thora namak or makhan daal den_
Phir qeema, kati hari piyaz, kate tamatar or bharen upar se cheese shamil karen kaali mirch, olives daal den_
Pehle se garam oven main 180c par aalu ko 20 mins bake karlen_
