Dahi Phulki Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mong daa atta chana hua (mong lentil flour sieved)
  • 1-1/2 tsp meetha soda (sweet soda)
  • 1/2 cup pani (water)
  • 1 tsp namak (salt)
  • Oil for frying

Ingredients for dahi (yogurt)

  • 1 kg phenti hoi dahi (yogurt whipped)
  • 1/2 cup pissi cheeni (caster sugar)
  • 1/4 tsp namak (salt)

Directions

Ek piyale main moong daal ka atta, meetha soda, pani or namak mila kar 10 mins ke liye rakh den_

Karhai main tail garam karke aamezay ki choti choti phulkiyan karhai main shamil karen or dheemi anch par halki sunehri karke nikaal len_
Chand minutes baad phulkiyo ko dubara karhai main daalen or tez anch par sunehri fry karke nikaal len_

Ek piyale main garam pani or namak milaen or phulkiyan daal kar naram honau tak bhigoe_

Dahi ko malmal ke kapray se chaan len_
Isme cheeni or namak milaen_

Phulkiyo ko pani se nichor kar dahi main daalen or chaat masala chirak kar serve karen_:)
