- 1-1/2 tsp laal mirch powder (red chili powder)
- 1/2 tsp haldi (turmeric powder)
- 1 tsp garam masala powder (whole spice powder)
- 1 tsp namak (salt)
- 2 cups ublay chanay (boiled chickpeas)
- 1/2 cup pani (water)
- 1/2 cup olper's cream
- 1/4 cup doodh (milk)
- 2 kati hari mirch (green chili chopped for garnishing)
- Hara dhania kata (green coriander chopped for garnishing)
Directions
Pan main oil or piyaz daal kar piyaz naram honay tak pakaen_
Zeera daal kar mix karen_
Tamatar grinded or adrak lehsan paste daal kar achi tarah mix karen_
Laal mirch powder, haldi powder, garam masala powder or namak daal kar achi tarah mix karen_
Chanay or pani daal kar mix karen or 4-5 mins ke lye dhak kar paka len_
Olper's cream or doodh daal kar achi tarah mix karen or 2-3 mins dhak kar dum par rakh den_
Hari mirch or hara dhania se garnish karen_
