Chicken spring roll Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3-4 tbsp oil
  • 1-1/2 cups chicken boiled & shredded
  • 1-1/2 cups gajar (carrot julienne)
  • 1-1/2 cups band gobhi (cabbage julienne)
  • 1-1/2 cups shimla mirch (capsicum julienne)
  • 1 tsp namak (salt)
  • 2 tsp kaali mirch (black pepper crushed)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 cup hari piyaz (green onion)
  • 3-4 tbsp maida (all-purpose flour)
  • Hasb e zarurat pani (water as required)
  • 12-15 Roll sheets
  • Oil for frying

Directions

Karhai main oil, chicken, gajar, band gobhi or shimla mirch achi tarah mix karen_

Namak, kaali mirch crushed, soy sauce, hari piyaz daal kar 2-3 mins ke liye stir-fry karen or side par rakh den_

Maiday main pani daal kar mix karen or smooth paste tayar karlen_

Roll sheets par filling rakh kar dono sides ko fold karlen, maiday ka paste laga kar fold karlen_

Isi tarah tamam rolls tayar karlen or freezer main 3 weeks store kar sakte hain_

Karhai main oil garam karen or golden brown fry karke serve karen_:)
