Khoye wale chawal (gulati) Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 4-5 hari ilaichi (green cardamom)
  • 8-10 long (cloves)
  • 2 darcheeni (cinnamon sticks)
  • 2 tbsp kishmish (raisins)
  • 2-3 tbsp badaam (almonds blanched)
  • 250 gm khoya
  • 1-1/4 cups cheeni (sugar)
  • 1/2 cup doodh (milk)
  • 1/2 kg sella chawal bhigoe hue or ublay hue (sella rice soaked & boiled)
  • 1/2 tsp rose water or kewra water
  • Khoya
  • Mithai

Directions

Degchi main ghee daal kar melt karlen, choti ilaichi, darcheeni or long daal kar achi tarah mix karen_

Kishmish or badam daal den or 2 mins ke liye fry karen_

Khoya shamil karen or khoye ka rang brown honay tak fry karen_

Cheeni or doodh daal kar achi tarah mix karen_

Chawal daal kar achi tarah mix karen kr 12-15 mins ke liye halki anch par paka len_

Rose water or kewra water daal den_

Khoya or mithai se garnish karke serve karen_:)
