Ingredients
- 1/2 kg bakray ki kaleji (mutton liver)
- 1-1/2 tsp adrak lehsan paste (ginger garlic paste)
- 1/2 tsp zeera powder (cumin powder)
- 1 tbsp laal mirch powder (red chili powder)
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1-1/2 tsp kaali mirch powder (black pepper powder)
- 1/2 tsp laal mirch (red chili crushed)
- 1 tsp namak (salt)
- 2 tbsp oil
- Koyla (charcoal)
Ingredients for spicy red chili chatney
- 4 kashmiri laal mirch adha ghanta bhigo hoi (kashmiri red chili soaked 30 minutes & peeled)
- 10 sabut laal mirch (whole red chili)
- 10-12 lehsan ke jave (garlic cloves)
- 1/2 cup imli ka gooda ( tamarind pulp)
- 1/2 tsp namak (salt)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbap pani ya hasb e zarurat (water 2 tbsp or as required)
Directions
Bowl main kaleji, adrak lehsan paste, zeera powder, laal mirch powder, garam masala powder, kaali mirch powder, laal mirch crushed, namak or oil daal kar achi tarah mix karen or 3-4 ghantay ke liye marinate karlen_
Marinated kaleji pieces ko skewers par laga len_
Skewers ko bbq grill/pan fry par paka len har taraf se or oil basting karlen_
Blender main kashmiri laal mirch, sabut laal mirch, lehsan ke jave, imli ka gooda or namak daal kar achi tarah blend karlen_
Pani daal kar dubara blend karen_
Oil daal kar achi tarah mix karlen_
Bbq Kaleji or chatney ke sath serve karen_:)
